01 — Our Story
Born after dark.
NOVARA began with a single conviction: evening is not an occasion. It is an attitude.
Founded in Milan, the house rejected the noise of seasonal dressing in favor of a precise, enduring wardrobe. The first Nocturne Edit explored the tension between shadow and silhouette — severe shoulders, fluid hems, and garments designed to reveal themselves slowly in low light.

Inside our Milanese atelier, speed gives way to scrutiny. Every overcoat passes through more than 36 hours of artisan handcraft before it bears the NOVARA name.

We work with family-run mills in Biella, Italy, selecting dense virgin wools for their structure, warmth, and exceptional drape.
